Our MasterCard™ debit cards are accepted at retailers around the world and can be used to make purchases in person and online. We offer three debit cards, each with different benefits. Consumers must be at least 18 years of age, maintain a participating checking account at Austin Bank, and be current in the payment of all Program fees assessed to participate in any My Rewards™ Card program.
Activating Your Debit Card
If your new Austin Bank debit card is not received in a reasonable time frame (typically 7-10 business days from date of order), please contact your local Austin Bank office or call our Customer Care Center toll-free at 1-800-644-9275. Instructions are provided with your card on how to activate and select your PIN (Personal Identification Number).
To activate a new card, set or reset a PIN, call 1-800-992-3808.
Report a Lost or Stolen Card
If you believe your debit card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. During the hours of 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, please call Austin Bank’s customer service line at 800-644-9275. Outside of those hours, please call 800-472-3272.
